Last updated June 2026. These terms apply to the WillGuard Founder Lifetime Plan and are in addition to WillGuard's general terms of use.
1. What you get
The Founder Lifetime Plan gives you access to all WillGuard Premium features for a single one-time payment of $129, with no recurring charges, for as long as your account remains active.
2. What “lifetime” means
“Lifetime” means for as long as you maintain your WillGuard account in good standing. Your Premium access continues at no further cost as long as your account remains open and is not closed, deleted, or terminated for violation of these terms. If you delete or close your account, the lifetime benefit ends and cannot be transferred to a new account or to another person.
3. Limited availability
The Founder Lifetime Plan is limited to the first 100 members. Once 100 lifetime memberships have been purchased, the plan is permanently retired and will no longer be offered.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund of the $129 payment within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the payment is non-refundable. To request a refund, email support.mywillguardapp@gmail.com.
5. Changes to the service
WillGuard may update, improve, or modify its features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Premium features available to founding members.
6. If the service is sold or discontinued
In the unlikely event that WillGuard is sold, transferred, merged, or discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to give lifetime members advance notice and to honor lifetime access through any successor service where practical. If the service must be permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to let members export their stored information. Lifetime access reflects our commitment but cannot guarantee perpetual operation of the service beyond circumstances within our reasonable control.
7. Nature of the service
WillGuard is a notification and document-storage service. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not replace a will prepared by a licensed attorney.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and your executor and contact information accurate and current. WillGuard is not responsible for notifications that fail to reach an executor because of outdated or incorrect information provided by you.
